When you contact us we may receive your name, company, email address, telephone number, enquiry details and any drawings, photographs or other files you choose to upload.
We use enquiry information to respond to requests, assess applications, prepare quotations, develop conveyor concepts, provide support and administer potential or existing commercial relationships.
Depending on the circumstances, processing is normally necessary for our legitimate business interests, to take steps at your request before entering a contract, to perform a contract, or to meet legal obligations.
Information may be shared with hosting, email and IT service providers and, where necessary to develop or fulfil a quotation, relevant manufacturing or supply partners. We do not sell personal information.
General enquiries that do not lead to business may normally be retained for up to 24 months. Quotations, orders, contracts and related commercial records may be retained for longer where required for contractual, accounting, tax, warranty or legal purposes.
